Funerals

The Funeral Director will contact me to inform me of your sad loss and that you require a Celebrant for your loved one.

I will arrange a meeting and come to visit you and you will have the chance to tell me about the life story of your loved one and what they meant to you. I will be making notes and asking you questions to help form the truest picture in my mind so that I can either write a eulogy that truly reflects that person and give them the respect and the send-off they deserve. We will discuss their musical tastes and I will try to glean as much accurate information as I possibly can to create a beautiful ceremony that is fully reflective of their life.

If you or a family member prefers to write the eulogy then I can be there to support you and help with resources such as readings, poetry and music.

We will meet again so that we can edit the eulogy, readings and music together to ensure you are totally happy.

On the day I will arrive at the crematorium or natural burial ground well ahead of everyone to make the final checks and be there for you as you arrive.  I will work closely with the funeral director and the chapel attendant to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

It is my intention to be your rock and help to navigate you through a very difficult and emotional day.
